Within the framework of the ARAIMFUSE project, EY Belgium (formerly VVA Brussels) has conducted a stakeholders’ consultation featuring two rounds of interviews focused on a Costs & Benefits Analysis regarding the adoption of ARAIM in Maritime, Rail and UAS. Following the first round of discussions, which took place in October-November 2023, a second round of consultation was held in March-April 2024. This second round of interviews also featured a sensitivity analysis involving 3 different scenarios regarding the proposed solution for the interested sectors:
· Scenario 1: Not certified and not mandatory
· Scenario 2: Certified and not mandatory
· Scenario 3: Certified and mandatory (by 2035)
This second round was key to further validate the results of the Costs & Benefits Analysis for the different sectors involved.
